Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. (preferably in Plastic/polymer engineering).

Minimum Experience

4 years in injection mold design and manufacturing.

Technical knowledge of

• All types of plastic injection molds(viz. hot runner, cold runner, 3 plate, 2 plate, etc).
• Electrode design for manufacturability.
• CAM (preferred).
• Drafting and reverse engineering of parts.
• Mold drafting.
• All manufacturing processes related to mold manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of different plastics and their properties.

Technical software required

• Thorough efficacy with UNIGRAPHICS (NX) with CAD and CAM both.
• AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD 3D.
• AUTODESK MOLD FLOW analysis (Preferred).

Other basic requirements

Robosys Division is looking for a motivated individual with an in-depth experience in development of computer vision applications – especially someone familiar with machine vision, robotics, and 3D sensor technologies.

Responsibilites

1. Develop state-of-the-art 3D vision-based robotic applications (e.g., 3D part inspection, 3D robotic vision guidance, etc.) as part of a small, high performance software development team.
2. Develop algorithms to analyze and integrate data from dense 3D point clouds from various sensors.
3. Develop applications for quality control for common engineering practices.

Requirements
M.S/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.

Description

Robosys Division is looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for robotics. The individual will be a part of a very challenging project to develop unmanned systems for various industries including defense, industrial and space.

Responsibilities

• Develop a control system to retrofit into older robots. This will entail completely replacing the control system of older robots with newly developed ones. The individual must have the knowledge of using a oscilloscope, must have knowledge of encoders and basic electrical knowledge to trace data signals.
• Program industrial robots and design and develop complete turn-key solutions for customers.

Requirements
