Kamlesh Nawab, Managing Director, has more than 35 years of field experience in USA, Europe and India. He is an expert in the field of plastics injection molding and mold manufacturing. He was amongst the selected few industrialists among Indian nationals to be selected by the Indo-German tool room to be sent to Germany to study the vocational training centers and also interact with different Chambers of Commerce in various cities during the stay in Germany. During the visit, he was invited as an expert by various automotive plants including Mercedes Benz, BMW and Festo. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in developing very high tech molds for import substitution in domestic markets as well as for export to the West. He has an M.S in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, USA. He has multiple years of experience working in USA for materials handling and automation industry, as G.E one of the major clients. He has also been actively involved with various educational and industrial organizations in India.

Aditya Nawab, Director Automation and Operations, has more than 10 years of experience working in USA in the field of robotics and automation. He is currently heading the automation division at Precision Technoplast. In his career he has developed numerous robotic algorithms for the United States Department of Defense and NASA, while working with various organizations. He has extensive experience in computer vision, hardware/software integration, autonomous vehicle development and industrial robotics. He has an M.S. in Robotics from University of Florida, USA. He has published numerous papers in reputed journals including IEEE and has a few patents pending.
